Delhi Financial Corporation

The corporation has devised suitable schemes for catering the needs of different categories of entrepreneurs, these schemes are divided broadly in three categories.

In the first category, there are two special schemes for Scheduled Castes/Tribes and Physically Challenged persons, under which the loans are granted on highly concessional terms. These schemes have been formulated especially to assist weaker sections of the society.

In the second category the professionally qualified entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs artisans and Self Employment for Ex-Service Men etc. are covered. Loans are provided under special schemes tailored for them. Further loans to all borrowers for household activities are also provided as per scheme approved by Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

Rest of the loan proposals are covered under third category of scheme

REPAYMENT

Repayment schedules are fixed by the corporation after taking into account the profitability, estimated cash generation and debt servicing capacity of the unit and normally varies from 5 to 10 years. A moratorium (for repayment of installments of principal) ranging from 4 to 12 months is allowed from the date of execution of the security documents. During this period only interest is recovered quarterly. Under SRTO the loan is repayable over a period of 5 years (including initial 4 months moratorium) on the basis of EMI.

CONSULTANCY CELL

The corporation makes available the services of consultancy cell to facilitate guidance to the entrepreneurs in providing project profiles for profitable ventures or for filling-up the application forms and other allied activities, irrespective of the facts whether such entrepreneurs seek financial assistance from Delhi Financial Corporation or any other Banks/FIs. The cell provides consultancy in the following areas with a very economical fee structure.

SCOPE OF WORK:-

  • To guide the entrepreneurs on project.
  • To prepare and provide project profiles giving normative costs and profitability.
  • To undertake research and survey for evaluation or dealing with marketing or investments.
  • To undertake and carry on techno - economic studies or other activities in connection with the development of any industry.
  • To provide technical and administrative assistance for promotion, management or expansion of any industry, and
  • To provide consultancy in merchant banking services (fee based).
